The famous Hindi film actor of over 100 films to his credit Suresh Oberoi is donning the role of Dr Rajakumar – Annavru in AMR Ramesh directorial venture ‘VEERAPPAN ATTAHASA’.

The real life cop Vijakumar who gunned down Veerappan – his role is played by action her Arjun (Arjun Sarja to Kannadigas). The right hand to Vijakumar – Sandamarai Kannan is played by Ravi Kaale.

Suresh Oberoi after hearing the script and knowing more about Dadasaheb Phalke award winner Dr Rajakumar given consent to act in the film that is made in Kannada and Tamil.

The muhurut for Veerappan Attahasa was held in the house of director AMR Ramesh today morning. Highly talented actor Kishore is playing the title role of Veerappan.

One of the abductors who came with fugitive Veerappan on Bheemana Amavasye day on July 30, 2000 Shivakumar now set free after two and half years jail term is also playing the same role in this film of Ramesh.

One of the four companions with Dr Rajakumar – Nagappa Maradagi who ran away from Veerappan clutches is also in the cast of this film.

Yuvan Shanker Raja is scoring the music, Dilip Subbaraya is the action director. Vijay Milton is the cameraman while Antony will be editing the film.
